At Calla Lili, your happiness matters to us. Every piece we create is designed with care, and we want you to feel just as good about your purchase as your little ones do wearing it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return & exchange policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Whether you need a different size or simply changed your mind, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and stress-free.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• Please note: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Returns initiated within 3 days qualify for a full refund to your original payment method, minus an 8% restocking fee per item.
