1. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
No, we do not offer free shipping at this time.
3. What is your return policy?
Please note that returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. An 8% restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
4. How do I start a return?
Just email us at info@callalilikids.com with your order number and items you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process.
5. Are sale items returnable?
All final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. What sizes do you carry?
We offer sizes for babies through pre-teens. You’ll find specific sizing details on each product page.
