3. What is your return policy?
Please note that returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. An 8% restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A $7.95 return shipping fee and an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the order total below the free-shipping minimum, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

5. Are sale items returnable?
All sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. What sizes do you carry?
We offer sizes for babies through pre-teens. You’ll find specific sizing details on each product page.
7. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Orders canceled before processing are subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
